Getting started with your inventory feed integration at Phyron
Welcome to Phyron! To help you set up your vehicle inventory feed and ensure smooth video generation, we’ve outlined the required steps and tools for integration. Whether you're working with a data provider or managing your feed in-house, this guide will walk you through everything you need to know.

Our Feed Validator Tool is currently in BETA. While it’s actively being improved, our support team is here to help if you experience any issues during setup.

2. 📂 Feed Format Options
Phyron supports multiple file formats. Choose the one that works best for your setup:

3. 🔐 FTP Access for File Transfer
Phyron can provide you with a secure FTP folder to upload your inventory files, or we can use your FTP.

Your login credentials will be shared securely by our team

This folder is used exclusively to share your latest stock feed

One folder per account is allocated to ensure safe and organised processing
4. ⚙️ File Processing Workflow
Here’s how your inventory feed is processed:

Export your inventory file as a static file (CSV, JSON, or XML)

Use our Feed Validator Tool to confirm all fields are correctly formatted

Upload the file to your designated FTP folder

Phyron will sync daily to collect and process the latest version of your feed

Ensure your feed is regularly updated to reflect your most current stock
