How can I push a vehicle to be re-photographed in the Phyron App?

If a vehicle needs to be rephotographed, Phyron App Admin Users can request this directly from the Phyron portal.

Here’s how to do it...

In the app:

1. Click the settings icon on the car you want to improve

2. Navigate to the Settings tab

3. Select re-shoot and follow the instructions

From your desktop:

1. Log in to the Phyron portal at www.phyron.io.

2. Locate the vehicle you want to send for re-shoot.

3. In the top right corner, click on “Actions”, then select “Re-shoot” from the dropdown.

4. A warning message will appear asking if you’d like to proceed — click “Save” to confirm.

5. The vehicle will now appear in the Phyron app with a status of “RE-SHOOT.”

That’s it! The vehicle is now queued to be rephotographed within the Phyron app.
