When a vehicle is marked for a re-shoot, its status will temporarily change from Completed to Re-shoot. When an App user opens the vehicle, this automatically moves it from Re-shoot to Draft. This is expected behaviour and indicates that new photos are required before the vehicle can be processed again.
Re-shoot Workflow
- Vehicle is set to Re-shoot
- The vehicle is flagged for new photography.
- Vehicle status changes to Draft
- When you open the vehicle, the status will display as Draft.
- Take new photos
- Capture the updated vehicle images that need to replace or supplement the existing photos.
- Upload the new photos
- Once the photos are uploaded, the vehicle status changes to Uploaded or Processing while the system processes the images.
- Rendering completes
- After processing and rendering are finished, the vehicle status automatically changes to Completed.
How do I get a re-shot vehicle back to "Completed"?
Simply upload the new photos for the vehicle. The system will automatically process and render the updated images. Once rendering is complete, the vehicle status will change from Draft to Completed without any additional action required.
Status Flow
Re-shoot → Draft → Upload Photos → Uploaded/Processing → Completed
