If a vehicle isn’t appearing in your Phyron app dashboard, one of the most common reasons is that its bodystyle isn’t recognised as valid by our platform.
✅ Accepted Bodystyles
Phyron supports the following bodystyles only:

suv
-
van
-
hatchback
-
saloon
-
estate
-
cab
-
coupe
-
mpv
-
pickup
-
truck
If your vehicle is submitted with a bodystyle outside this list (e.g. "4x4", "convertible", "sports", etc.), it will be automatically rejected and not appear in the app.
🔍 How to Check and Fix the Bodystyle

Locate the vehicle record in your DMS or stock feed.

Check the bodystyle value being submitted.

If it is not one of the accepted values above, update it to the correct corresponding value (e.g. change "4x4" to "suv").

Once updated, the revised data will filter through to Phyron automatically, and the vehicle should appear in the app shortly after.
🕒 Please allow some time for the update to sync - typically within a few hours depending on your system's update cycle.
