Admin users are able to add additional users to access the Phyron App, and App Web Portal.
- Login to https://phyron.io/
- Click Users on the left-hand menu
- Click 'Create New User' button on the top right hand side
- Add the user's name and email address
- Note down the automatically generated password, or overwrite this
- Select the user permission* level, and save
* Permissions for the Photo App:
- User - able to access the app and web portal to view inventory, and complete photo sessions
- Admin - user + admin rights to add and amend photo profiles, and add other users. They are also able to view the original camera view
You'll now need to assign the user to a location so find the user in the list:

8. Select the location(s) they should have access to
9. Click Save

There are two additional roles for Video Message:
- Location Manager
- Regional Manager
Setting up the roles
- Regional Manager needs a region. You can't save the user without one. The region list comes from your company's region settings.
- Location Manager is scoped by the locations assigned to the user. Add at least one location, or the weekly report won't be sent.
- To have the user receive the weekly report, turn on Weekly report on the user page and save. You can then use Trigger report to send one straight away as a test.
What these roles don't include
In the Phyron portal and the App, both manager roles have the same rights as a regular user:
- No access to Manage users, dealers, photo profiles, or vehicles.
- No access to photo profiles marked Admin only when capturing.
